Paul Collins

Paul specialises in providing assurance and corporate services work including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, corporate restructuring and general strategic advisory services to a wide range of clients.

Paul has over 30 years experience in chartered accountancy. His career commenced in 1974, becoming a partner in 1976.

His client base ranges from public listed companies, subsidiaries of international companies and a number of substantial privately held companies in a diverse range of industries.

He has held a number of community based positions throughout his professional career being Treasurer/Secretary of Kings College Rowing Club, Friends of Kings School, Pine Harbour Cruising Club and is a member of the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron.

Barry Graham
CA, CMANZ

Barry specialises in business and corporate advisory services including business development, financial structuring and planning, estate planning, trusts and trust accounting, purchase and sale of businesses and taxation.

He is a well known business consultant and has extensive experience as a chief financial officer and a director of listed New Zealand companies.

Barry commenced his career in chartered accountancy then joined the corporate world gaining wide experience in the motor vehicle, financial services, investment property, manufacturing, retailing and a number of other industries.

He has served as finance director on a major New Zealand public company board and is currently chairman of a publicly listed financial services company.

Barry takes a keen interest in community issues and is a member and past secretary of the Rotary Club of Auckland and a trustee of the St Andrews Hospital and Village and the JR McKenzie Trust.
